Contract 1: Team Training
This program provides the opportunity for your team to train with us on a weekly basis. They will attend at least 2 classes a week where they will sharpen skills like:
-De-escalation Tactics
-Situational Awareness
-Counter Terrorism
-Escalation of Force
-Perimeter Security
-Defense and Restraint Tactics
This program is the best option for your teams skill building and maximum security efficiency.
*Minimum 2 classes per week
*3 Month minimum commitment
Contract 2: Leadership Training
This is our force multiplier contract. Think of this like a Corporals or Sergents course in the military. Send us your team leaders, supervisors, or directors for effective leadership training. They will learn the same skills as in Contract 1, but more in depth to effectively train and lead their team.
This is the best option for a company who may want to keep the training more in house but still invest in their leadership.
*Minimum 2 classes per week
*6 Month minimum commitment
Contract 3: On Site Training
This program brings the us to you! We will come to your location for on site training and consultancy. We spend the time and resources understanding your current operating procedures and team. After an initial accessment, we will hold pre and post company operation briefings with your team each day. During company operating hours, training will be tailored to your teams needs.
At the end of this contract, you will receive a personal debrief for SOP's, team members, and the company as a whole.
