Protectors Initiative sets the standard in security training. We look to broaden that horizon through the NYS security certification class for both armed and unarmed security. Giving new security personnel the values and accountability of Protectors Initiative from day one.
The Protectors Initiative podcast will feature guests from all walks of life in the greater Rochester area. Expect guests like self defense lawyers, combat veterans, active and retired police officers, bar owners, healthcare specialists, and so much more! Protectors Initiative welcomes everyone for open conversations.
Looking to carry? NYS requires the 18 course. This course will provide the required 16 hours of classroom training along with the 2 hour live fire portion.
The Kinike scholarship will sponsor a female victim of domestic abuse and violence for 2 free months of training for Protectors Initiative self defense classes. This scholarship is named after the owners late mother's nickname, as she too was a victim of domestic abuse.
The Green Line Scholarship will provide free self defense classes for a veteran in need struggling with adjustment to civilian life for 2 months. The owner being a veteran himself, John found his new purpose in martial arts after his military career. This is Protectors Initiatives way of paying it forward.
